APPROVAL OF AFFILIATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN SARASOTA FACILITY OPERATIONS LLC D/B/A CONSULATE HEALTH CARE OF SARASOTA AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FL
Description
Suncoast Technical College ("STC") is qualified and accredited to offer the Health Science Program, has students enrolled in the Program and desires for its students to obtain a clinical experience at Sarasota Facility Operations LLC d/b/a Consulate Health Care of Sarasota ("Care Center"). The Care Center is a licensed long term care facility and desires to cooperate with STC in the furtherance of the student's education enrolled in the Health Science Program offering such clinical experience.
Recommendation
That the Affiliation Agreement between Sarasota Facility Operations LLC d/b/a Consulate Health Care of Sarasota and the School Board of Sarasota County, FL be approved as presented.
